What is Vouch4Me?
Vouch4Me is a tool that allows you to sell gift vouchers to your customers directly through your website. With minimal effort from you, your company can start generating income online. Please click here to take the full tour of the Vouch4Me tool.
How do I sign up?
All you need to do is click here now and complete our sign-up form. Alternatively you can call (01) 668 2217 now.
How long does it take to set-up?
As soon we have the information we need, you can be selling vouchers directly from your website within 48 hours.
Billing
Is there a set-up fee?
There is a once off set-up fee of €149 (ex VAT). This includes the full
set-up of the system on your website including the design of your gift voucher.
How much does it cost?
Vouch4Me charge a flat monthly fee depending on the package you want with costs starting as low as
€49 (ex VAT) per month. Please click here to view the different packages available.
Does Vouch4Me charge per transaction ?
No we don't, that money is all yours!
How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?
If you would like to change the package you are on, simply send a email to support@vouch4me.ie detailing your request.
How do I cancel my account?
While we will be sad to see you leave, we know that the Vouch4Me tool might not work for everyone. You can cancel your account at anytime after your first two months. To cancel, simply send an email to cancellations@vouch4me.ie detailing your request.
Online Payment
How are online payments handled?
Vouch4Me uses a number of different secure payment gateways to handle the payment process including PayPal and Realex.
How do I get my money?
Once a customer purchases a voucher from you, the money will be instantly deposited into your PayPal or bank account.

Will the gift voucher be customised?
The voucher will be fully customised to suit your business.
How do my customers purchase gift vouchers from me?
Your customers will be able to purchase vouchers directly from your website. There are a number of simple steps they will go through:
- Step 1: Enter sender & recipient details
- Step 2: Enter personal message & select the voucher value
- Step 3: Enter payment details
That's it! Once they have completed the steps above, the gift voucher will be automatically created.
What happens when a voucher is purchased?
Depending on what the purchaser selected, it can be delivered to the recipient in the following ways:
- Automatically emailed to the recipient
- Downloaded by the purchaser and printed
- Sent out by mail
How do I know when a gift voucher is purchased?
As soon as a voucher is purchased, you will automatically be notified via email. If you are required to post it out, this information will be included in the email.
